The Centre runs different coaching sessions.
Tuesdays is Boulder coaching with Phil Duke from 7pm till 10 pm. Great social climbing with others, for climbers with bouldering experience with expert advice and demonstrations from Phil to help your improve technique. No need to book. Entry cost only.
Wednesdays, we run Induction classes for those interested in learning but do not have a climbing partner to do so. We pair two climbers and the first stage to an exhilarating experience begins. Two Inductions of 1.5 hours required to complete. Cost €40 per session from 7 pm. Pre book essential Call 01 558 2800
Thursdays is our Ladies Coaching. From 7.30 pm to 9.30pm, our Coach Ania Bakiewicz will help you develop your skills and technique to advance your climbing skills. It is necessary to be able to Belay, to join these sessions. Standard entry cost only (Harness and shoes included), just turn up no need to book.
