How To Join

Places within the Youth Squad are offered through an assessment process. We look for climbers who demonstrate commitment, motivation, coachability, and a genuine interest in developing their climbing.

Following assessment, climbers may be placed into different training categories depending on their current experience, ability level, and competition goals.

Squad membership runs for one year, after which athletes may be reassessed for continued participation.
